Built by Lewiston,
For Lewiston
A community-owned fiber network built with purpose—connecting our community to opportunity by delivering the reliability, speed, and local ownership Lewiston deserves.
Our Mission
Lewiston deserves better. For too long, our community has been underserved by internet providers who see us as a market—not a community.
Confluence Fiber was created to change that. We are a nonprofit, community-owned fiber network that exists for one reason: to deliver the fast, reliable, affordable internet our city needs to thrive.
Every decision we make starts with a simple question: Is this good for Lewiston?

Our Four Pillars
Everything we do is guided by these core commitments to Lewiston.
Community Ownership
We are a nonprofit, locally-governed organization. Our board is made up of Lewiston residents who make decisions with the community—not shareholders—in mind. When you support Confluence Fiber, you invest in your own city.
Unmatched Performance
As the network is built, we will deliver Gig speeds throughout Lewiston. Unlike cable or DSL, fiber provides speeds that don't degrade with distance or peak usage.
Connecting to Opportunity
Fast, reliable internet is not a luxury—it's infrastructure. Our network is designed to enable long-term social and economic benefits: remote work, telehealth, education, and small business growth.
Data Privacy
Internet that minds its own business. We will never sell your data.
Answering to a Local Board
Confluence Fiber isn't run by a distant corporation—it's governed by a local board of directors who live and work right here in Lewiston.
Our board members are your neighbors. They shop at the same stores, send their kids to the same schools, and care about the same community you do. Every decision they make is guided by what's best for Lewiston—not what's best for shareholders.
That's the difference with community ownership: real accountability to real people.
